The darling dogs and pups behind 2025's Oscar Nominees
The 2025 Oscar nominations have us on the edge of our seats for the Academy Awards this year, but we really want to know whose pups are waiting in the wings. Which dogs will take home number one?
After much patient waiting, we were all thrilled to see the list of 2025's Oscar nominations, and which amazing movies were up for awards. With all the biggest films and people behind them in the running, it seems like this year's Academy Awards will be one for the history books. But what we're even more interested in is the paws behind the performers...who are the paw-fect pups wagging their tails behind the scenes? Check out our list below to see some of the nominated actors with their best doggy friends, and which Tilly & Ted meal we think they'd vibe with.
1. Ariana Grande
This smash star has been on everyone's minds this year; Ariana Grande's supporting role as Glinda in 'Wicked' captured everyone's hearts. The film has been nominated across the board for this year's Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Visual Effects. Ariana herself has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for the aforementioned role, and has took to Instagram to express her gratitude and excitement at the achievement. Ariana is also a huge dog lover and has a whole pack of pups, with ten rescue dogs at home! Her fur family includes Ophelia the Labradoodle, Fawkes the Shiba Inu, Cinnamon the American Pit Bull Terrier, Coco the Dachshund-German Shepherd, Lafayette the Bloodhound, Sirius the Labradoodle, Strauss the Yorkshire Terrier, Pignoli the Chihuahua, Toulouse the Beagle-Chihuahua, and Myron the Pit Bull-mix.
We think Ariana and her dogs would have the best time with our sweet and sassy Duck Terrine, as it has a unique flavour profile whilst being packed with superfoods.
2. Zoe Saldaña
Zoe Saldaña has been slaying the acting game for many years now, and is only perfecting her craft with every project. Her most recent is 'Emilia Pérez', the Spanish language musical crime thriller, which has also been nominated in the Oscar for Best Picture. Her role as Rita made an already daring film come alive, and it seems the Oscars thought so too. Zoe has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her work, and we can't wait to see which incredibly talented actress takes this award home. When she's not on our screens, Zoe is relaxing at home with best doggy pal Mugsy. Mugsy was adopted in 2012 and has been seen alongside Zoe in appearances and photos ever since. She is a small sweetie who we hope to see more of soon, maybe even on the next red carpet.

3. Guy Pearce
Guy Pearce is an Australian actor who has been acting his socks off since he was 18. His recent project, 'The Brutalist', gives a gritty and revolutionary look at the post-war period, and Guy's performance as Harrison Lee will truly blow you away. This is another film that is sweeping awards season, being nominated in the Oscar for Best Production Design, Best Original Score, and more. Guy himself is up for Best Supporting Actor, and you only have to watch the film to see why. Guy is also a huge animal lover, with two pooches of his very own. These mischievous Basenji dogs are named Zullu and Zipper, and look like absolute bundles of love. Guy can often be seen walking his puppy pals, and it seems like they are just the best of friends.

4. Mikey Madison
Mikey Madison is a relative newcomer to the spotlight, having acted in many screen projects for years, but becoming a real household name since her starring role in 'Anora'. This film took a unique look at young love, including the difficulties and dark reality the couple faces. Mikey's performance is truly fantastic, and clearly the Oscars think so too, putting her in the running for Best Actress. Mikey is also a fan of paw-some pooches, and is often spotted taking her best waggy pal out for walks. She is famed for her iconic looks as she walks her pup, donning designer outfits and accessories for walkies. Her adorable chihuahua is named Jam, to match the name of her cat, Biscuit. This gorgeous dog seems to match Mikey's glamourous and fun personality perfectly, and we can't wait to see more of Mikey's walkies couture.
We think Mikey and Jam would have the best time with our yummy Salmon Traybake, to help their creative juices flow with its delicious and unique flavours.
5. Demi Moore
Demi Moore made her return to the screen last year in the amazingly wicked 'The Substance'. Demi was the perfect choice for this film, and her performance was at the height of pop culture after its release. She is unsurprisingly nominated for Best Actress, adding to her awards nominations for the role. The Oscar nomination seems to have been a long time coming for the actress, as despite appearing in some of the most iconic films throughout the years, this is her first year nominated. She is also mother to the most adorable dog, Pilaf. Pilaf has been seen by her side for TV appearances, photos, and cuddles galore, and her sweet face and floppy tongue have captured everyone's hearts.
