Discover the mutts with the most
From pet-fluencers, to red carpet a-paw-rences, there’s no doubt we all love seeing our fave celebs with their four-legged besties. Many of these famous fur babies have become celebs in their own rights, with their own Instagram accounts, brands, headshots, and more. We’re sharing with you our top 5 celeb dogs (and their humans as well).
1. Tom Hardy and Blue
Blue, the enigmatic French Bulldog has captured hearts across the world with spunky personality and adorable tongue-wagging. Tom has appeared with Blue on many red carpets together, such as the most recent Venom premiere, as well as making their first appearance on the actor’s Instagram page in a blurry selfie. Tom also brought Blue along for a special appearance on CBeebies ‘Bedtime Stories’ making for a dawg-gone delightful episode that many parents tuned in for alongside their human and fur babies. Tom also made an appearance on the show with dog Woody, before he sadly passed away in 2017. Tom and Blue seem to make a paw-fect pair, and we can’t get enough of them.
2. Jennifer Aniston and Lord Chesterfield
What could make Jennifer Aniston even more fantastic? An adorable pup called Lord Chesterfield of course! According to her Instagram and numerous talk show appearances, this loveable floof has gotten into many predicaments and capers, including snaffling a birthday cake, and interrupting home workout sessions with chaotic abundance. The ‘Friends’ star is no stranger to furry friends of her own, and is dog mum to rescue dogs Clyde, a gray Schnauzer mix, Sophie, a black and white Pit Bull mix, and of course, Lord Chesterfield, the white Shepherd mix.

3. Millie Bobby Brown, Winnie, and many more!
How many dogs do you think you could handle? 2,3, maybe even 5? How about 9 dogs? That’s how many actress and brand owner Millie Bobby Brown owns, and seems to have intentions of adopting even more paw-some pals. Recently appearing on ‘The Tonight Show’ with her 3-year-old rescued poodle, Winnie, Brown spoke about her love for rescuing animals, and the additional 23 dogs she is currently fostering. She even had to move out of her parent’s home exclusively to have additional room for even more woofers and tail-waggers. We think she’s definitely taken the title of dog’s best friend.
4. Camila Mendes and Truffle
One of the more Instagram famous pooches on our list here, Camila Mendes’ rescued maltipoo, Truffles. In heartwarming and paw-sitivley hilarious photos and videos, Truffle is often seen playing, cuddling, and adventuring with the actress. After rescuing the fluffy angel during quarantine Camila had encouraged other’s to also think about adopting or fostering a companion of the furry kind themselves: helping out the pups that need families, and to bring some much-needed friendship through the tough times. From spending quality time at home, to bringing chaos to set, Truffle seems to be having the best time, and we can’t get enough of her waggy joy.
5. Paul O’Grady and Nancy, Arthur, Conchita, Eddie and Sausage
Paul O’Grady was one of British televisions most beloved personalities, and his unexpected passing in 2023 was deeply sad for many. His contribution the animal loving community was monumental, working frequently with Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, notably to create his programme ‘For the Love of Dogs’, where O’Grady would help the rescue dogs find loving families. As a huge dog lover himself, O’Grady was dog dad to Arthur, Conchita, and Eddie, and ended up adopting Nancy and Sausage throughout the course of the programme after they captured his heart with their paw-fect charm. After his passing, he also left £500,000 to Battersea to continue their fantastic rescue work, as well as £125,000 towards the continued care of his pups by his Agent, Joan Marshrons. Paul’s support and work towards love and care of man’s best friend is remarkable, and heartwarming photos of Paul and his fluffy friends can still be found on his Instagram.
